Welcome to Ritmo Dance Wear. These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through our online store at ritmodance.net.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Sale.

We offer dance shoes, dancewear and related products for dancers.

Product descriptions, photographs, sizes and colours are provided as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur depending on your screen or device.

Products are subject to availability.

2. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be changed at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

Shipping costs, when applicable, are displayed during the checkout process before payment.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Your order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in exceptional circumstances, including product availability issues, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent transactions or incorrect customer information.

If an order is cancelled by us after payment, the amount paid will be refunded.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number when tracking is available.

Ritmo Dance Wear is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Shipping Information

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be reshipped.

For international orders, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other local charges where applicable.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

For eligible purchases, customers located in the European Union generally have a 14-day legal withdrawal period from the date of delivery.

To exercise this right, the customer must contact us within the applicable period and return the product in accordance with our return instructions.

Returned products must be unused, unworn, clean and in their original condition, with original packaging and labels where applicable.
